Job summary

Imagination Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to drive on-time, on-budget homebuilding with our high standards of excellence. You will oversee projects from blueprint to handoff, while leading a team that delivers quality craftsmanship and a seamless homebuying experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and inspections, reviewing plans, managing materials and budgets, and communicating with homeowners, Sales, and Warranty teams to set expectations and resolve issues,

• Proven knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and trade management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects.
• Hands-on, detail-driven approach with accountability for quality and safety.
• Proficiency with construction management systems.
• Integrity, urgency, and professionalism in interactions with homeowners, trades, and teammates.

As a Construction Manager at Imagination Homes, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering beautifully built homes on time, on budget, and up to our high standards of excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all phases of home construction, ensuring each home meets Imagination Homes’ quality standards and is delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site.
• Communicate regularly with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams to provide updates, set expectations, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
• Review blueprints, construction documents, and job scopes to resolve issues and support trade partners effectively.
• Manage materials, scheduling, budgets, and variance reports to keep every project running smoothly.
• Lead by example: coaching trade partners, mentoring team members, and maintaining a strong, solution-oriented jobsite culture.
