This role is pivotal in managing the construction and delivery of residential homes, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and budget constraints. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple construction sites, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety practices are upheld, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, a valid driver’s license, and 2-4 years of construction experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in the construction industry as a project manager or superintendent.
• Prior experience in supervising or assisting new home construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction in multiple home construction sites with 15-30 homes under construction.
• Develop and communicate home construction schedule to sub-contractors.
• Conduct pre-construction meeting with homeowners to review contract, options, schedule.
