The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with the Sales team, and maintaining site safety and organization on a daily basis. A college degree is preferred and experience with subcontractors is valued.

Qualifications

• Prior residential production building experience preferred.
• Experience scheduling and supervising subcontractors.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Ability to supervise and inspect subcontractor work to Weekley quality standards.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of quality-built homes from development through final construction.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the building process.
• Schedule, manage, inspect subcontractors' productivity, compliance, and quality.
• Collaborate with Weekley Team, especially Sales.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and organized job site.
• Learn and understand contracts, plans, methods, and regulations.
• Complete reports and homebuyer reviews.
