Job summary

Schumacher Homes of Indiana Inc. is seeking an on-site Construction Manager to lead the building of homes, manage trades, and ensure quality and homeowner satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and customers to meet timelines, budgets, and standards while prioritizing safety and communication. The role requires practical knowledge of residential construction systems and the ability to leverage mobile devices and Outlook for daily coordination with teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing scattered-site residential construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes, systems and terminology.
• Ability to use smartphones/tablets and MS Outlook for communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction of homes within time, cost, quality, and homeowner satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers and trades; ensure schedule adherence.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings with management and homeowners.
