Job summary

Tectonic Design + Build is seeking a Laborer in Boulder, CO to support the carpentry team and keep job sites organized and efficient. You will perform site setup, material handling, and cleanup, while promoting safety across residential construction projects.

The role requires strong safety awareness, ability to follow supervisor directions, and good communication. A valid driver’s license is needed. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, and a company truck.

Qualifications

• Must follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials and tools.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
• Assist with site setup, demolition, dust control, and punch lists.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers and other trades.
• Set up and break down job sites efficiently.
