Job summary

Elder Construction Inc. is seeking a Laborer to support project teams on commercial sites in Windsor, CO. You will move materials, operate basic tools, keep the site clean, and help maintain safety and organization.

You must be reliable, physically able to lift up to 100 pounds, follow directions, and contribute to daily jobsite operations while learning from Superintendents and carpenters.

Qualifications

• Experience on commercial construction sites preferred.
• Must have competent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on support to Superintendents, Carpenters, and other trades by handling materials and tools.
• Moves, loads, unloads, and distributes construction materials and tools throughout the jobsite.
• Maintains a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment and supports safety practices.
• Operates hand and power tools and supports equipment like scaffolding and skid steers.
• Builds relationships and collaborates with the crew to meet schedules.
• Learn plans, specs, and quality standards while handling tools properly.
