The program emphasizes collaboration with sales, design and marketing teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality home delivery while developing strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be a junior or senior in a four-year construction science, business, or finance program.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete training tasks within a specified time.
• Assist the Project Manager in construction management and subs.
• Provide routine customer care to ensure exceptional service.
• Communicate with homebuyers, on-site Sales Consultant/Associate and support personnel as required.
• Manage tasks to deliver a quality home on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Design Center for coordination and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultant/Associate to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Proactively report construction, service or safety issues with resolutions.
• Help ensure the community looks proper and appealing to buyers.
