Job summary

Ashton Woods Homes offers a construction internship designed to introduce students to the basics of project management on a residential site. Interns work under the supervision of the Project Manager to learn scheduling, quality control, payment processes, and customer satisfaction procedures.

Interns will assist with coordinating with subcontractors, communicating with homebuyers, and ensuring the community is organized and appealing, all while developing practical on-site skills for future

Qualifications

Pursuing a four-year program related to construction or business.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned training tasks within a specified time.
Assist the Project Manager in managing the construction process and subcontractors.
Facilitate exceptional customer service by conducting routine customer care appointments.
Communicate with homebuyers, on-site Sales Consultant/Associate and support personnel as required.
Manage assigned construction task to deliver a quality home on time and within budget.
Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Design Center to ensure coordination and problem solving between the respective organizations.
