Job summary

Ashton Woods Homes offers a construction internship designed to introduce students in their junior or senior year to basic project management on a residential construction site. Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year program in Construction Science, Business, Finance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned training tasks within a specified time.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing the construction process and subcontractors.
• Facilitate exceptional customer service through routine customer care appointments.
• Coordinate with homebuyers, on-site Sales Consultant/Associate and support staff as needed.
• Help manage construction tasks to deliver a quality home on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Design Center to ensure coordination across teams.
• Flag and discuss construction or safety issues with the Area Construction Manager and suggest solutions.
• Support keeping the assigned community orderly and presentable for homebuyers.
