Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or related sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using CRM software to manage leads and relationships.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, Realtors, developers, and other referral partners.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to grow TRU Builders' presence.
• Identify opportunities for custom homes, remodels, and additions.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective clients during initial sales process.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction and Production teams for a seamless client experience.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and opportunities using the CRM.
• Maintain records of client interactions, referrals, and sales activity.
• Support marketing initiatives and expand into new markets.
• Represent TRU Builders professionally to build long-term community relationships.
