Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to support their team with cost analysis, project planning, and administrative coordination. Job Description:

The Estimator will play a key role in reviewing project documents and generating pricing estimates that align with scope, materials, and labor. This position requires someone who can manage data with accuracy, communicate effectively with internal teams, and contribute to project planning from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and download project blueprints and specifications through client portals.
• Develop pricing templates and input data into builder-specific formats.
• Maintain an organized digital filing system for project estimates and documentation.
• Create material breakdowns and layouts for upcoming construction jobs.
• Prepare cost tracking reports and assist in evaluating project budgets.
• Review and verify builder contracts and project documentation for compliance.
• Support general administrative tasks within the office.
• Participate in other tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree , but not required.
• 1+ years of estimating experience in residential construction
• Experience with estimating software a must, Plan Swift or SAGE is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze plans and data, think critically, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team setting.

Additional Details:

• Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Role is based in an office environment, requiring regular use of a computer and other standard equipment.
• Position involves occasional stair climbing and sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Regular interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams is expected.
