Responsibilities

• Develop literacy in building codes and DSLD Homes specs.
• Assist the superintendent in day-to-day operations.
• Work on punch lists and check homes.
• Coordinate with trades and homeowners.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness on jobsites.
• Assist warranty technicians as needed.
• Maintain communication with partners and team.
