Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a leader to manage a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors. The role drives sales to residential customers, aiming to exceed budgets and build capability across the team.

Primary duties include coaching staff, coordinating field and office activities, and ensuring accurate commissions and payroll processing. Bachelor’s in business/marketing or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years outside sales or related work experience.
• Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams.
• Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
• Coach and develop staff, manage performance, and approve payroll-related actions.
• Maintain knowledge of Charter's product offerings and competitive landscape.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with other departments to reach objectives.
• Balance 30% fieldwork and 70% office work while following sales processes.
