Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a residential connectivity sales team across field and office environments. You will drive targets, coach reps, recruit and train staff, and ensure accurate payroll and commissions while staying current on offerings and market dynamics.

The role requires travel between territories, outdoor work, and availability for evenings/weekends when needed. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel using a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work outdoors, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable with travel and field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readiness.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans for Residential Connectivity Sales Specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives and support business decisions.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum product offerings, market trends and competitor activity.
