Job summary

MFort Security Services, based in Chicago, IL, is seeking an Overnight Shift Concierge Security Officer to maintain a safe, welcoming environment at a residential property. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, a calm demeanor, and prior concierge or front-desk experience.

Qualifications include a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training, at least 2 years of residential concierge/front desk experience, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems
• Observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity
• Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment
• Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns
• Adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures
• Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors
• Responsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasks
• Perform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors

Qualifications
