Responsibilities

Concierge Duties

• Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Provide information about building amenities, local attractions, and neighborhood services.

• Coordinate service requests, maintenance access, and vendor check-ins

• Manage amenity space reservations (lounges, conference rooms, etc.).
• Monitor lobby traffic and enforce guest policies for building security.

Barista Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café/barista station.
• Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
• Create a warm, welcoming café atmosphere in the lobby or amenity space.

Security & Oversight

• Monitor access points to ensure only authorized persons enter the building.
• Report suspicious behavior or safety concerns to building management/security team.
• Ensure compliance with building rules and protocols.

The role requires a mix of interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Prior experience in hospitality, barista service, front desk, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, friendly demeanor with a polished and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and visitor management.
• Barista or café experience (preferred, but will train).
