Job summary

• Prior front desk, concierge or hospitality experience required.
• Ability to understand instructions, memos, and ask clarifying questions.
• Strong customer service attitude toward clients and co-workers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and answer phones professionally; maintain records of service requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and property staff to serve tenants.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate information and arrange activities.
• Maintain records of services, transportation sources, and referrals.
• Assist with property management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
