About the location:

This beachside hotel offers a new era of luxury, celebrated dining, and a world-class spa on Surfside shores.

About the role:

Respond to a wide variety of residence requests by accurately assessing their needs and requests, adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve complaints; assist residences with inquiries related to residential and hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, etc. Respond to all requests accurately and promptly.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail, outgoing or incoming, accurately and timely.
• Ensure information about restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and local activities is current. Know available activities (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, exhibits, sightseeing) and establish contacts with vendors to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for residences.
• Greet residences and guests efficiently and courteously, using names when possible. Personally escort guests if other staff are unavailable.

What you bring:

• High School Diploma; College education is beneficial.
• Experience in guest service preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
