Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is seeking a Residential Concierge to operate from the Residential Lobby, assessing residents’ needs and offering personalized touches to achieve maximum satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons policies. You will coordinate building access, assist with vendor scheduling, and provide recommendations on local activities and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests with hospitality and professionalism, offering personalised recommendations and touches.
• Process packages, faxes, messages and mail accurately and promptly; coordinate with attendants for vehicle retrieval.
• Manage access to buildings and units for vendors, contractors, and residents; verify identities and provide appropriate access.
• Maintain current information on local activities, entertainment, and services to assist residents with transportation, tickets and reservations.

About the location:

The Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is a 12-story tower comprising 59 custom for-sale homes with outstanding views of the surrounding Beverly Hills neighborhood and Hollywood Hills. Operated by Four Seasons, our homeowners experience best in class amenities, including a courtyard pool and private cabanas, IMAX Theatre and Lounge, a fully equipped fitness center with climate-controlled studio, and a Resident’s Lounge offering a Food and Beverage program throughout the day. Our team will provide thoughtful, intuitive, and dedicated service to our homeowners, who will either live full time in the building, or from time to time as their travels bring them to LA. As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to define and establish the operating model for stand‑alone Four Seasons Private Residences. It is anticipated that we will be able to create unique opportunities to deliver service excellence, but this will require agility and flexibility in our roles in the service of our homeowners.

About the role

Operating from the Residential Lobby at Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles, the Residential Concierge responds to a wide variety of homeownerrequests by accurately assessing the resident’s needs andinquiries;offering personal recommendations andpersonalizedtouches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What you will do

• Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism–accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves resident complaints; assists residents in all inquiries in connection withcommon areaservices,a la carte requests, etc. Responds to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residencebestpractices.
• Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner; stores and retrieves resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning and flowers. Coordinates withResidential Attendant forthe retrieval of resident’s vehicles.
• Manages and provides access to the building(s) and units with all vendor/contractor/resident’sservice providers and visitors, based onadvanced authorization, assists with vendor/contractor scheduling, verifies identity and provides appropriate residence access for vendor/contractors andresident’s service providers.Controlsentrydoors and elevator/lift access.
• Ensuresthat information for vendors, restaurants,local businesses,etc.are updated and current.Is knowledgeable aboutwhat activities are available in thelocal vicinity(theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes closerelationships with local businessesin these areas in order to provide information, transportation, ticketing, and reservations for residents, in addition to a la carte services – vehicle services, pet services, babysitting services, housekeeping services, medical centers, etc.
• Updates homeowner profiles with any relevant information.
• Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input specialarrangements (i.e. Engineering andHousekeeping requests) the resident has madeand ensurescoordination with outside service provider for direct billing.
• Monitors the fire alarmpanel;responds to any emergency situation, such asprovidingaccess toemergency personnel - fire department, ambulance, etc.
• Coordinatesthe booking of theserviceelevators/liftsand loading dock/bayfor move‑in or move‑out.
• Complies with all Four Seasons’guidelines,policies and procedures.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers andleaders.
