KMG Prestige in Minnesota is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Support Center. You will handle agency reporting, process move-ins and recertifications, send notices, monitor resident accounts, and more in a deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with strong time management. Travel to sites in Minneapolis and St. Paul is limited to special assignments; knowledge of Tax Credit programs is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience in affordable housing.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• 2 years experience with Tax Credit required.
• Travel to sites required, but limited to special assignments (Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN).
