Roers Companies seeks a Compliance Specialist to join our Minnesota-based team, with remote U.S. options. You will process move-in applications, annual recertifications, and input income data while ensuring strict program compliance and timely approvals.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4+ years of affordable housing compliance experience, strong communications skills, and meticulous record-keeping. You’ll collaborate with site teams and leadership to maintain standards and meet occupancy goals.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-4+ years of affordable housing compliance experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with multiple certifications and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Process and track move-in applications and ensure approvals within 3–5 business days.
• Process and track annual recertifications with approvals within 30 days of the recertification date.
• Input income, asset, and household data in compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain complete, accurate move-in files prior to lease signing.
• Communicate with applicants, residents, and site teams to obtain missing docs.
• Support timely move-ins and occupancy goals with property management staff.
• Maintain organized records in systems and provide status updates to leadership.
