Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, crews, and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, installers, vendors, suppliers, customers, and general contractors.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prepare, review, and manage project estimates, proposals, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and budgets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve project issues, scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and installation concerns.
• Ability to travel to residential and commercial job sites as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
