RJ Painting & Decorating is seeking a Painter Helper to support interior and exterior painting projects across residential and commercial properties in California. Little to no experience required, with on-the-job training from our experienced team.

You will assist in surface preparation, mixing and applying paint, and maintaining tools. A reliable teammate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment.

• Repair holes and cracks with caulk, putty, cement, or plaster.

We service multiple areas including but not limited to Kirkwood, CA; Capay, CA; Chico, CA; Oroville, CA; Paradise, CA; Hamilton City, CA; Orland, CA; Willows, CA; Corning, CA.

We are in search of a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Painter Helper. Little to no experience is needed! In this role, some of your job responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing and cleaning surfaces for painting, filling holes and cracks, assisting in mixing and the application of paint, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn from our experienced team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the painting industry and develop valuable skills for a rewarding career. Your work will involve a range of projects, including both interior and exterior painting jobs for residential and commercial properties.
