GFL Environmental Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Residential Collections Manager to lead our collections effort for residential accounts. You will manage the collections team, partner with branches, and ensure objectives are met while maintaining strong customer service.

The role requires 5–7 years in collections or related fields, supervisory experience, and a track record of improving cash flow. You’ll work within compliance standards and help drive process improvements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Five to Seven years of Collections and Credit, Accounting or Business experience.
• Seven or more years’ supervisory experience including larger teams.
• Experience coordinating with branches and third-party agencies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Residential collections for accounts and lead the team.
• Coordinate activities with branches and collection agencies.
• Monitor A/R aging and drive cash flow improvements.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide staff guidance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal controls.
