We are Hiring Residential Coaches for our Alternate Work Schedule!

The Barry Robinson Center is a residential treatment facility serving military-connected youth ages 11–17. Our Center provides a holistic, therapeutic environment that helps youth and their families begin the path to healing, growth, and long-term success.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervising and supporting residents throughout daily activities
  • Ensuring safety and maintaining appropriate behavioral expectations
  • Building positive, professional relationships with youth
  • Supporting emotional growth and healthy coping skills
  • Responding calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Documenting resident behaviors, staff interventions, and outcomes accurately
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team

Pay

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour plus shift differentials. Weekday evenings, +$1.50/hr.; Weekends +$2.50/hr.

Alternate Work Schedule
  • Set Weekend Schedule: Work every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (Off every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
  • Friday/Monday: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Alternates weekly between:
    • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    • Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
