Job summary

Ardán® is seeking a Closing Processor to manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for all parties. You will leverage our systems to reduce repetitive tasks and improve visibility.

You will coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys, review title commitments, and maintain file readiness while adhering to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Closing Processor or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of title and escrow processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Qualia, RamQuest, or ResWare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process residential closing files from opening through closing.
• Review title commitments and clear requirements.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys.
• Ensure file accuracy, completeness, and readiness for closing.
• Maintain compliance with company and underwriter guidelines.
• Communicate effectively throughout the transaction process.
