Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with title or closing company preferred.
• National title closing experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, prepare, review, and verify loan closing documents.
• Prepare preliminary and final settlement statements, including CD and ALTA statements.
• Coordinate the closing process and schedule document signings.
• Perform pre-closing reviews of title fees, taxes, and endorsements.
• Liaise with lenders, title companies, borrowers, and settlement agents.
