Ardán is seeking a Closing Processor to manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing with accuracy and compliance. You’ll reduce repetitive tasks and increase visibility so you can focus on delivering a smooth closing experience for all parties.
Responsibilities include handling files end-to-end, reviewing title commitments, coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys, and ensuring readiness for closing while maintaining compliance with guidelines.

Our systems are designed to support you—reducing repetitive tasks and improving visibility so you can focus on what matters most.
Experience with Qualia, RamQuest, or ResWare is a plus.
