Job summary

CODA, Inc. is seeking a Residential Clinical Supervisor for the Women’s Residential Recovery center in the Gresham area. The role includes direct clinical services, team supervision, and operational leadership to support the Women’s and Children’s Program.

You will oversee clinical staff, mentor counselors, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining patient-centered care. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, CADC II certification, a Bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years in SUD

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience in clinical teams
• Strong knowledge of addiction and co-occurring disorders, ASAM criteria, motivational interviewing
• Collaborative cross-program problem-solving and care coordination
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate care
• Strong clinical documentation and interagency collaboration
• Ability to balance direct care with administrative responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical supervision for residential programs and mentor counselors
• Provide clinical consultation and risk assessment
• Oversee day-to-day clinical oversight in partnership with the Program Manager
• Support scheduling, cross-department collaboration, and integration with external providers
• Ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance
