Job summary

Anchor House, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations at our Brooklyn residences for men and women. The role focuses on clinical supervision, treatment planning quality, and on‑site resources for CASACs and other clinical staff.

The supervisor will maintain on‑site presence, manage staff training plans, and participate in program development while ensuring compliance with OASAS Part 820.6(c)(2) requirements and Medicaid processes.

Qualifications

• NYS‑licensed LMSW who also holds a current OASAS CASAC credential, meeting QHP status under Part 800.
• Four or more years in OASAS‑certified substance use disorder treatment, including three years of clinical experience (Part 820.6(c)(2)) and two years in management or supervision.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid managed care for Part 820 residential services and of co‑occurring behavioral‑health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly, documented clinical supervision to CASACs, CASAC-Ts and other staff, and own each employee's individualized training plan.
• Verify credential status, supervision hours and CASAC-T work plans, and contribute to hiring, performance evaluation and succession planning for clinical staff.
• Coach and develop staff, lead clinical onboarding, and, with the Director of Clinical Services, set corrective‑development strategies.
• Provide real‑time consultation on complex cases and direct escalation to senior clinical leadership.
• Serve as QHP of record for treatment/recovery plan approval and for admission and level‑of‑care determinations; cover during absences as needed.
• Oversee, without serving as, the Health Coordinator's activities through monthly review of education and documentation.
• Review treatment plans, progress notes and discharge plans for quality and timeliness; support Medicaid authorizations and utilization review.
• Participate in quality improvement, audits, corrective action and survey readiness; report to the Director of Clinical Services.
• Coordinate care with Medical Director, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, case management, vocational and peer services.
