Job summary

The Bridge Family Center in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Clinical Director of Residential Services to oversee clinical operations across STTAR Homes, the Moving on Project, and the Mosaic Parenting Center. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure program licensing compliance, and partner with community agencies.

Based in West Hartford with regular travel to Hartford, West Hartford, Wolcott, and Manchester as needed, the role also serves as back-up to the Director of Residential Services and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
• Clinical licensure required, preferably as an LCSW.
• Minimum five years experience with at-risk children/adolescents in a residential setting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical aspects of residential programs and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with DCF requirements and licensing guidelines.
• Lead quarterly clinical trainings and approve treatment plans.
• Provide back-up coverage and on-call support when needed.
• Represent the agency in community meetings and with partners.
