Job summary

Advocates in Framingham, MA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to supervise residential staff and build staff skills in responding to co-occurring disorders, trauma, and substance use. You will conduct assessments, help develop treatment plans, ensure clinical services are documented and compliant, and provide on-call crisis coverage.

Starting rate is $71,000–$75,000; Master’s degree required; Monday–Friday 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm with one late day.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field.
• Current MA licensure or on-path to LPHA licensure within two years.
• Minimum of one year of residential experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused leadership, support and supervision to the clinical team.
• Oversee information collection to assess and develop clinical formulations.
• Assist in treatment plan development with the person served.
• Maintain effective communication with staff and customers to promote teamwork.
• Ensure services are delivered and documented per licensing requirements.
• Provide reports to the Director of Clinical Services to maintain compliance.
• Ensure paperwork and trainings are up to date within timelines.
• Provide on-call coverage for emergencies and crisis intervention.
• Liaise with community providers and agencies to develop resources.
• Attend supervision and staff meetings.
