Advocates is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee residential clinical staff, guiding the development of staff skills and ensuring high-quality therapeutic services for residents with co-occurring disorders and trauma.

Salary: $71,000-$75,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm with one late day.
The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision to residential staff while developing staff skills in responding to complex issues such as co-occurring disorders, substance use and trauma. The Clinical Supervisor will conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services to residents requiring additional support as a result of co-occurring disorders and/or traumas.
