This full-time role requires a Master’s degree and relevant Ohio licensure. The position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $65,000 plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, along with comprehensive benefits such as health plans and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.
• Valid Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT required.
• Strong clinical skills in various therapy methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to program staff.
• Develop interdisciplinary treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Provide professional clinical services including assessments and counseling.
• Coordinate agency meetings for client assessment and treatment.
• Monitor delivery of care through client rounds and documentation.
• Manage unit resources including staff and safety inspections.
