Advocates in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the residential clinical team, oversee assessments, and support treatment planning for residents with co-occurring disorders and trauma.

The role requires a Master’s degree and current licensure, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Advocates emphasizes respect, inclusion, and patient-centered care, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field and MA licensure path.
• Minimum of one year of residential experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to an insured vehicle.
• Strongly prefer competence in serving culturally diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide focused leadership, support and supervision to the clinical team.
• Oversee the collection of information needed to assess and develop the clinical formulation.
• Assist in treatment plan development in collaboration with the person served.
• Demonstrate proactive communication with staff and customers to promote effective relationships and customer service.
• Ensure that clinical services are delivered and documented in accordance with Advocates’ philosophy and licensing requirements.
• Provide feedback to the Director of Clinical Services and generate reports to maintain compliance.
• Ensure all paperwork, reports, trainings are up to date and completed within timelines.
• Provide on-call coverage for emergency crisis intervention and consultation.
• Liaise with other community providers and related agencies to develop resources.
• Attend and participate in all supervisions and staff meetings.
