Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions in Pendleton, OR seeks a Residential Clinical Manager to supervise all clinical services in CCS’s residential treatment programs. You will ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), monitor quality assurance, and develop treatment protocols.

The role may maintain a caseload and provide high-level clinical care when needed. Strong leadership, documentation discipline, and collaboration with hospitals, prescribers, and CCS staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed credentials (LPC/LCSW) or PhD in psychology, social work, or related field.
• At least five years of clinical service delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnosis and addictions treatment.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and ensure quality clinical care.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, including disciplinary actions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical supervision to assigned clinicians and QMHA.
• Ensure adherence to Oregon Administrative Rules and contract requirements.
• Maintain caseloads and conduct comprehensive assessments when needed.
• Oversee documentation to ensure timely, accurate records.
• Lead meetings with CCS staff and partner agencies for continuity of service.
• Participate in on-call rotation for crisis services.
