Community Counseling Solutions in Oregon seeks a Residential Clinical Supervisor I or II to lead clinical staff in a secure residential facility and supervise a personal caseload of clients. The role ensures compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and CCS policies while delivering high-quality clinical services.

The position requires a Master’s degree and clinical supervision experience, with licensure preferred for advanced level.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, sociology or a related field with relevant clinical experience.
• Licensed professional status preferred for Senior role (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
• Experience supervising clinical staff in a residential/outpatient setting is required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to assigned clinicians and staff.
• Ensure care meets CCS philosophy, policy and high clinical standards.
• Promote evidence-based practices and monitor outcomes across the team.
• Oversee timely and accurate paperwork and performance evaluations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for crisis services as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff and manage disciplinary processes as required.
