Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a dedicated housekeeper for a premier residential community in Chicago, IL. You will clean common areas, assist with vacant unit turnovers, and support leasing office tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas (lobbies, entryways, elevators, offices, clubhouse).
• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins (appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, floors).
• Assist with leasing office tasks (phones, filing) when needed.
• Identify maintenance issues and report to management.
• Communicate effectively with residents, contractors, and vendors.
