Candidates must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks, lift and carry supplies, and hold a valid driver's license. This position involves collaboration with residents and contractors to maintain a safe, well-kept environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must demonstrate strong attention to detail and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to physically perform cleaning tasks: bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and carrying supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas: entryways, lobbies, elevators, and offices; restock supplies as needed.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and windows.
• Assist leasing office with general clerical tasks or other property duties as needed.
• Identify maintenance issues and report to management; deliver notices to residents; follow safety guidelines.
