Join to apply for the Residential Cleaner (Porter) role at WasteXperts.

**WasteXperts** - an on-site waste and recycling facilitator - is looking for a Residential Porter to join their team in Everett, WA.

**Shift:** Monday-Friday, 6am start time. Compensation: $20.50 to $21.50/hr. Valid Driver's License required, along with adequate auto insurance coverage, as personal vehicle use may be a requirement for your assigned route.

Responsibilities

• Visit various multifamily properties to provide daily upkeep and janitorial duties, including interior and exterior of buildings, walkways, stairways, common areas, tour routes, and parking lots/structures.
• Collect trash from all receptacles and common areas.
• Pick up loose trash and debris.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop as needed.
• Dust and wipe down areas as needed.
• Wipe down interior walls and report repairs or painting needs.
• Maintain exterior/interior entry and tour routes, checking throughout the day for upkeep.
• Clean restrooms thoroughly, including wiping surfaces, mopping, and refilling supplies.
• Maintain doggie bag stations and parks, removing waste and emptying receptacles.
• Remove and dispose of animal droppings throughout the property.
• Report any damage or leaks, including photo documentation.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for additional services such as waste-related repairs or pressure washing.
• Take before and after photos for quality control.
• Maintain Trash Chute Rooms.

Requirements

• Valid non-CDL driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Auto insurance coverage.
• Experience in cleaning and maintenance with high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills.
