Job summary

Autism Treatment Center in Texas seeks a Children’s Services Coordinator to oversee residential services, manage plans, and liaise with schools and guardians. Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus four years’ experience.
• Experience in community programs and residential care preferred.
• Must maintain CPR, First Aid, and SAMA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treatment services for children in ATC’s residential program.
• Ensure delivery of individual service plans, recreation plans, and behavior plans.
• Collect program and behavior data daily.
• Work with direct care staff to maintain FPS minimum standards.
• Write quarterly and annual service plans for individuals in caseload.
• Initiate and lead IDT meetings to discuss client needs and changes.
• Ensure homes are compliant and audit-ready.
• Serve as Admissions Coordinator handling new placements and documentation.
