Job summary

ATC seeks a Children’s Services Coordinator to manage program operations, including programmatic and financial oversight, staffing supervision, and interdepartmental liaison work. The role requires strong communication, planning, and adherence to regulatory standards within a residential setting.

The coordinator will develop service plans, monitor data collection, and coordinate with schools and caseworkers.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree and Bachelor’s degree in a related field with four years of community program experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities required.
• CPR/First Aid/SAMA certifications must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program and financial management for assigned program(s).
• Monitor staff to ensure delivery of services to individuals.
• Serve as liaison between administration and department.
• Write quarterly and annual service plans for caseload.
• Initiate and hold IDT meetings to discuss clients’ needs and plans.
• Ensure residences comply with FPS standards and data collection.
