Job summary

Baptist Children’s Homes of NC in Franklin, NC seeks a Supervisor/Case Manager to oversee cottage operations, supervise staff, and coordinate family-centered services for children and families. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services, at least 21 years old, and a valid driver license.

Two years of relevant experience are preferred; the supervisor helps manage case records, collaborates with the Treatment Team, and upholds BCH policies and accreditation standards to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Two years of experience with the population served preferred.
• Must have valid driver license and safe driving record.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage agency programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises and manages staff and clients in care.
• Supervision of Cottage Parents in day-to-day operations.
• Provides on-call and as-needed assistance to staff.
• Participates in supervisory conferences and staff evaluations.
• Keeps supervisor informed on workload and responsibilities.
• Maintains compliance with accreditation standards and Medicaid guidelines.
