Job summary

Baptist Children’s Homes of NC in Clyde, NC seeks a Residential Services Supervisor to lead cottage parents and oversee daily operations of our residential program. This salaried, exempt role focuses on safety, care quality, and program integrity on a busy campus.

You will direct therapeutic discipline, coordinate campus activities, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with agency policies while supporting children and families. This is a mission-driven team in a faith-based organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Meets the general employment qualifications as outlined in the Personnel Polices of the agency.
• Has 3-5 years experience in residential care or 3-5 years experience managing 5 or more employees.
• Has a working knowledge of current trends in the field of residential care.
• Has the capacity to build and maintain relationships with Cottage Parent teams and the larger agency teams.
• Valid driver license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Educate and supervise cottage parents to ensure program compliance.
• Schedule and conduct regular team and staff meetings to coordinate care.
• Oversee student work programs and campus activities.
• Monitor budgets and purchasing in line with agency policies.
• Coordinate with Regional Director on campus needs and emergencies.
