Job summary

Heartland Family Service is seeking a Case Manager III for Bluffside Men’s Recovery, a new residential program serving adult men with co-occurring disorders. You will provide 24/7 milieu supervision, support client safety, and facilitate recovery-focused activities within a structured environment.

You’ll collaborate with clinical and operational staff to implement treatment plans, document progress, and support daily routines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in behavioral health/residential care
• Training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, CPR/First Aid, and de-escalation preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides continuous supervision and support in residential setting
• Ensures client safety and adherence to program expectations
• Maintains structured, recovery-focused environment
• Supports treatment plan implementation through real-time coaching
• Facilitates recovery-oriented and psychoeducational groups
• Monitors and documents client behavior, engagement, and safety concerns
• Completes daily shift documentation, weekly client progress reports, and incident reports
• Works closely with clinical and operational staff to support treatment goals
