Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in behavioral health/residential care.
• Training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, CPR/First Aid, and de-escalation preferred.

• Ensures client safety and adherence to program expectations.
• Maintains structured, recovery-focused environment.
• Supports treatment plan implementation through real-time coaching.
• Provides redirection and reinforcement of coping skills.
• Assists with daily living skills and structured routines.
• Facilitates recovery-oriented and psychoeducational groups.
• Monitors and documents client behavior, engagement, and safety concerns.
• Completes daily shift documentation and incident reports.
• Communicates relevant updates to clinical staff.
• Works closely with clinical and operational staff to support treatment goals.
