Residential Case Manager
Full Time Regular Direct Care Helena, MT, US
Salary Range: $22.00 To $25.00 Hourly

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Participate in the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu according to each child’s treatment plan and agency philosophy.
- Serve as the primary liaison for families, addressing concerns and resolving issues throughout the treatment process.
- Lead and coordinate aspects of the treatment process, including referrals, assessments, intakes, admissions, and discharges.
- Provide guidance and support to families, including referrals to parent education and training resources.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in social science or closely related field or equivalent experience.
- 19 years or older
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass a Background check prior to start date
