You’ll work on projects throughout the Flint area, bringing ownership and high-quality craftsmanship to every job. The successful candidate has at least 2 years of carpentry experience, reads blueprints, and collaborates with a team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of carpentry experience in residential remodeling.
• Knowledge of rough and finish carpentry, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Flint-area sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete rough and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects (kitchens, baths, additions).
• Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry installation to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite that reflects well on the company.
• Work with project managers, other carpenters, and trades; communicate professionally with clients.
