Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work on residential remodeling projects (kitchens, baths, basements, additions).
• Assist with framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other remodeling tasks.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Collaborate with experienced carpenters and project managers to keep projects moving.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Identify challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers.
• Continue developing carpentry and remodeling skills on the job.
