Blackdog Builders, Inc. is seeking a Home Services Carpenter to perform residential carpentry and finish work. You will handle cabinetry, trim, doors, and minor upgrades, while engaging with clients to ensure quality craftsmanship.

The role offers steady, full-time, year-round work with a 4- or 5-day schedule, a $32.00–$38.00/hour pay range, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO and paid holidays. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry or residential remodeling experience.
• Own basic set of carpentry tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Professionalism and ability to work directly with clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to ensure accurate documentation and client interaction.
